Hi! Here is a peek into what I do:

1. Emotional health educator and advocate - the big idea here is that I help people get more curious and less critical about their behavior and the behavior of others. My favorite topics to teach are boundaries, empathy and tools for depression recovery. 

2. Professional speaker / educator for companies incorporating emotional health and wellness into their employee enrichment programs. In 2020-2021 I got really good at Zoom and teaching while looking, well, at myself. Check my testimonials for reference.

3. Hang-time with the ladies! Before the pandemic my favorite way to teach was at girls weekends and retreats. These were powerful sessions that cultivated deep relationships between the participants. Lots of laughter. Lots of breakthroughs. Lots of fun. 

4. Women’s groups, MOPs, leadership retreats, conferences, you name it. I bring a party to the event and powerful tips for you to try at work and in your home. 

5. All because...my younger two beautiful boys you see in the videos are Irish twins, born 11 months apart. After their birth I lost myself in a debilitating postpartum depression that almost took my marriage and my sanity. I checked myself into a safe house and started the long and sometimes painful journey of recovery and wellness. For four years I worked at the same organization that changed my life helping women change theirs. And now, I speak, teach and travel in the hopes of opening women up to the wonder that they truly are. Oh! I am back in school too-completing an advanced degree in behavioral psych.
